Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness 

Those are the three things Hugh claims to be the key to happiness. To be thankful for all that we have, rather than what we don’t have. To be in the now, instead of fumbling over the future or pacing over the past. Learn to lend a helping hand because knowing you made a difference, no matter how small, is enough to make you a different person – happier, lighter. To be mindful and present; being aware of our bodies, focused and balanced. I know these few things sound so mindbogglingly simple but it really does make a difference. May we all find that extra spring in our steps! #GOALS AHAHAHA sorry not sorry guys! 😛

  • bumped into a friend on the way to school
  • gave a close friend a massive birthday hug
  • taking pictures with the family
